We would like to point out that the internet-based data transfer has security gaps, which means that absolute security protection against access by third parties is therefore impossible.

Server data

For technical reasons, the following data that is sent to us and or to our webspace provider by your Internet browser is recorded (so-called server logfiles):

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Website from which you visit us (referrer URL)
  • Website that you visit – Date and time of you access
  • Your Internet Protocol (IP) address.
  • This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal data you may have submitted and therefore it cannot be traced back to any particular person. It will be evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimise our website and our offers.

Use of Google-Analytics with anonymization function

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereinafter called ‘Google’.

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

In case of activation of the IP anonymization, Google will first truncate the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

We use Google-Analytics with IP anonymization on our website. Google will first truncate the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and then anonymise it.

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for us and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

Google will also transfer this information to third parties, if this is prescribed by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

Google will not associate your IP address transferred within the scope of Goggle Analytics with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Google also offers a deactivation option for the most common browser that gives you more control over which data Google records and processes. If you activate this option, no information about the visit to the website will be transferred to Google Analytics. However, the activation does not prevent information being sent to us or any other web analysis service we use. For more information about the deactivation option provided by Google and activation of this option, please go to the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

For what reasons do we process your data?

Without these data we will generally not be able to conclude the contract or execute the order or we may no longer be able to execute an existing contract and may have to terminate it.

On the basis of the Federal Data Protection Act, you may contact us at no cost if you have questions relating to the collection, processing or use of your personal information, if you wish to request the cor-rection, blocking or deletion of the same, or if you wish to cancel explicitly granted consent. Please note that you have the right to have incorrect data corrected or to have personal data deleted, where such claim is not barred by any legal obligation to retain this data.
